Which steps from a physical slide to a report require an operator?
Operators prepare, register, and load samples. The instrument performs internal handling, scanning, and calculation; users then view or review the report. Keep sample barcodes, digital slides, and report revisions aligned, and evaluate preparation separately from automated operation.
Register sample identity
Videos 8, 33, and 46 show barcode registration, task selection, and sample information entry. The barcode associates a physical slide with digital images and reports. Select options that match the inspection task and software configuration.
Automated handling after magazine loading
Videos 31 and 46 show magazine entry, slide location, barcode reading, imaging, return, and magazine exit. The high-throughput platform supports cyclic magazine loading; inserting and removing magazines remains an operator task.
Inspect focus layers and individual images
Video 30 shows focus-layer clarity changes. Video 37 shows included and excluded objects and measurement lines. Use these images to review target shape and calculation positions.
Public viewing and authorized review
The public demonstration interface displays projects and results without modification controls. Redrawing diameters or adjusting counts is an authorized review operation. After correction, compare the updated effective count and report revision.
