Hangzhou Tanwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. announced the launch of the TW-E-H-IR-01 Woven Fabric Density Tester, with sample testing and on-site demonstrations now available. Near-infrared microscopy and yarn-edge algorithms operate on a timing basis of 30 seconds/inch, including report generation; total two-direction task time depends on measurement length and directions. Individual yarn images are retained for review.

Tanvint Launches Automated Diameter Inspection Equipment for Wool-like Reinforcing Fibers, Measuring 10000 Fibers per Inspection
Tanvint has launched the TW-H-40X-N-MW-D-01 for ultrafine glass fibers, fiber wool, mineral wool and similar samples. Software calculation precision is 0.01 μm (not complete-instrument measurement error), and the diameter range is 1~6 μm. It measures up to 10000 fibers in approximately 5 minutes per sample, supports repeated loading and unloading and unattended 7×24-hour operation, and automatically excludes shot particles and impurities. It addresses the digital optical scanner method in GB/T 47086-2026, implemented in August 2026. Testing with actual samples is now available.
